It's releasing June 21, 2019, under the title Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled.
"Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is built from the ground up and remasters the original Crash racing game by bringing the characters, karts, tracks and arenas to modern console HD graphics", Activision said in a statement.
Developed by Naughty Dog, the original game released in 1999 for PlayStation. Players can choose from Adventure, Arcade Single Race and Cup Race, Time Trials, and Battle Mode while engaging in both single-player and versus friends online and offline.
You can unlock Nitros Oxide in the regular version of the game, but only through "completing some of the fiercest challenges".
Now that it’s free-to-play, CS:GO’s player count is rocketing
Perhaps trying to emulate that game a little, Counter-Strike: GO now has a Battle Royale mode...and has also gone free-to-play. Beyond scavenging and getting the jump on special deliveries, you'll have a chance to complete money-making missions.
Thomas Wilson from Beenox, who are developing the game, say they are keen to ensure the revamp is faithful to the original.
Rumors had been floating around that a remaster of the very popular Crash Team Racing would be announced soon.

The standard edition doesn't have any fancy collectibles or digital pack-ins, but the game is all you really need anyway. Familiar characters like Crash, Coco, Dr. Neo Cortex, and the rest of the familiar "Crash" game join together to take on the villain Nitros Oxide in a mad dash to save the planet from certain destruction.
