Are you a fan of this popular Netflix series? Matt and Ross Duffer announced the new game based off the third season of their critically acclaimed show before sharing a trailer. But there's some good news - it does indeed live on, though with a completely different retro-style title.

If Netflix wanted to keep perfectly in line with Stranger Things' 1980s setting, it would make an 8-bit-style game, but I guess that would asking a lot of players.

This marks the second time Netflix and developer BonusXP have teamed up for a Stranger Things video game.

The Game is an official 16-bit game that will apparently be based on the third season of the sci-fi horror series, set to hit the streaming service sometime in 2019.

U.S. politicians pay tribute to former United States president George HW Bush
Jeb Bush, took to social media to write , "I already miss the greatest human being that I will ever know". A bicameral arrival ceremony will be held for President Bush on Monday, December 3 at 5:00 p.m.

The forthcoming new season of Stranger Things will be accompanied by its own mobile game.

As you can see below, users will be able to take control of a variety of characters, from Lucas to Hopper to what appears to be either Eleven, Joyce, or Steve (please god).

The Game will release on consoles and PC next year.

The Duffer Brothers didn't provide any more details about the game, and the trailer is quite short, so it doesn't give too much away.
