However, we are happy that AMD has taken feedback seriously and has finally saved current and upcoming Ryzen APU-based laptop owners from buyer's remorse.

The AMD Ryzen 3000 Series Mobile Processors range from the Athlon 3000U at 2 cores / 4 threads with a 15 Watt TDP and 3.3GHz boost clock speed all the way up to the Ryzen 7 3750H at 4 cores / 8 threads with 4.0GHz boost frequency (2.3GHz base) and a 35 Watt TDP. Each product family has a different class of laptops in its crosshairs. It won't be long before the company launches its 7-nanometer Zen 2 lineup for the desktop-it recently showed off a 64-core Zen 2 server CPU-though in the meantime, it's trotting out a new round of mobile Ryzen processors with Vega graphics. As you can see in the chart below, AMD Ryzen 3000 series CPUs are going to start from $99 and they can go up to $500.

Veteran Karlovic reaches Maharashtra final

The new model of the HP Chromebook 14 (via Digital Trends) will be available with either AMD's A4 or the A6 series of processors inside, along with either Radeon R4 or R5 GPUs. They include up to 23% faster web browsing, 24% faster web apps, 3.2x faster email performance, 74% higher office apps productivity, 42% faster photo editing, and 43% faster gaming.

It seems that the age of AMD-powered Chromebooks is coming. Remember, the big announcements will be made in a keynote address from Dr Lisa Su, scheduled for Wednesday, January 9 at 9:00am PST.
