Earlier, Legit.ng reported that Michy Batshuayi is now set for Chelsea return after being slammed by Valencia coach Marcelino Toral over poor performances.

However, his stint with the La Liga club has been far from successful with just three goals in all competitions and their sporting director Mateu Alemany has recently confirmed that the temporary deal will be terminated.

The Belgium worldwide joined the Spanish club on a season-long deal but has scored just three goals in 23 appearances.

Everton are among a host of clubs reportedly interested in signing Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi after Spanish club Valencia cut short the Belgian's loan spell at the club.

Alemany said via the Telegraph: "Batshuayi's situation is very clear".
