Fans account for 50 percent of the vote to determine the 10 starters for the 68th NBA All-Star Game. LeBron still leads all vote-getters with almost 2.8 million votes, while the Greek Freak leads the Eastern Conference with 2.67 million, slightly ahead of Kyrie Irving.

LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo have expanded their conference leads in the second fan returns of NBA All-Star Voting 2019.

Harden's problem for captaincy is that he's now seventh in fan voting, trailing the likes of Derrick Rose, Kevin Durant, Paul George, Steph Curry, and Luka Doncic.

In the Eastern Conference, Antetokounmpo (2,670,816) has strengthened his position as the leading vote-getter.

George was fifth in the first fan returns last week but has since passed Anthony Davis and Kevin Durant for third in the voting with 1,859,216 total votes in the latest returns.

Walker, a reserve in the last two All-Star Games, is now third in Eastern Conference fan voting among guards behind the Boston Celtics' Kyrie Irving and Miami Heat's Dwyane Wade.

Boston Celtics' Kyrie Irving leads all East guards. The voting for fans, players and media opened on December 25 and will end January 21.

The biggest surprise here is Luka Doncic, who is second among all Western Conference frontcourt players and fourth in voting overall. Unlike last season, though, the actual selection of the teams will reportedly be televised.

The two guards and three front-court players with the best score in each conference will be named NBA All-Star Game starters. The network will announce reserves, selected by National Basketball Association head coaches, on Thursday, Jan. 31.
