Monster Hunter: World’s The Witcher Cross-Over Event Will Begin in February

PC players will receive this update at a later, unspecified date.

Monster Hunter World's Witcher collaboration, which was announced at the tail-end of a year ago, will be coming to Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in a free update on Friday, February 8th.

Offering slightly more tangible clues about the team-up, CD Projekt RED noted that the Monster Hunter x Witcher update "will span a series of Witcher-inspired quests", with voice actor Doug Cockle reprising his role as expected.

The Witcher's Geralt of Rivia is continuing his tour of other games like Soul Calibur 6 with a stop in Monster Hunter: World this February.

Wind's howling. That must mean one thing - Geralt of Rivia is on a new monster hunt, and this time he'll be slashing and dashing his way through Monster Hunter World at last.

The celebratory festival also sees the arrival of a new Appreciation Platter at the canteen, as well as new backgrounds, titles, and poses for your Guild Card.
