Samsung unveils ridiculously large 219-inch TV, nicknamed 'The Wall'

I nearly bought an 8K TV the other day

8K resolution delivers the most realistic pictures that look sharp, vivid, and detailed.

Last year Samsung released the first 85-inch 8K QLED TV, which goes for a cool $15,000. Just hit the button and watch it roll away.

Oh boy. As ever, this year's CES 2019 Las Vegas expo has had a host of treats for those of us after the latest and greatest in consumer gadgets.

Samsung did not say when the devices would be on sale or for how much. Heralded for its revolutionary microLED technology, this TV will use less energy than current televisions you probably own now, but that's only half the fun.

Lexus LC convertible concept debuts at Detroit auto show
Lexus designer Tadao Mori says that "A production version of this concept would be exhilarating in many different ways". The LC does also feature the same 2+2 seating layout as all of these cars.

The Wall TV offers a microLED display, which is the most advanced screen technology in the game.

Using new technology that uses less energy that televisions that are now in use, "The Wall" is actually made up of modules that allows owners to configure the set however they choose. That's more than 18 feet!

For those of you who believe this is better suited to a stadium than a living room, a 75 inch modular version is also coming out. Even if it was back in the day when a 25-inch set you back nearly $2,000.

Think of it this way: you'll never have to buy another television set for as long as you live.
