Munir El Haddadi's Barcelona contract was due to expire at the end of the season

Barcelona boss Ernesto Valverde has admitted his club are looking to sign a centre forward in the January transfer window after selling Munir El Haddadi to Sevilla and Morata was not out of the question.

Goal previously reported the 23-year-old Munir, who was in the last six months of his deal with the La Liga champions, was intent on joining Sevilla this summer when his deal expired after rejecting contract offers from Barcelona.

After completing a more than acceptable season on loan at Alavés a year ago, scoring 14 goals in 37 games, Munir has found chances of first team action few and far between on his return to Barcelona, the club where he came thropugh the youth system after signing from Rayo Majadahonda in 2011, when he was still only 15.

"Now I must go again, this time dedicating myself to another club who also love football".

Gundogan's contract expires at the end of next season and City are keen to tie the 28-year-old to a new deal. He made an incredible assist and a lot of passes before the finish.

"We want a solution as soon as possible".

The Catalan giants have confirmed they have reached an agreement with Sevilla for the sale of Munir El Haddadi.

Morata has scored nine goals in 24 games for Chelsea so far this season but was left out of the matchday squad entirely for Saturday's Premier League clash with Newcastle United. He has won one global cap for Spain, in September 2014. He says the club will look at several options.

German champions Bayern Munich are reportedly interested in signing out-of-favour Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata on loan until the end of the season.
